JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: 50 candidates - International Voice Process Location: Ambattur/Nugambakkam - Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Morning Shift (as per process requirement) Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, communicate effectively with overseas customers, provide product/service information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products/services or gather information as required. Handle inbound queries from overseas clients with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain strong product/service knowledge to provide correct information. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems consistently. Follow communication scripts and adhere to process requirements. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or sales. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security norms. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred). Prior experience in International BPO/Call Center is an advantage. Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in early morning shifts. 7AM to 4PM Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet performance targets. High level of patience, professionalism, and customer orientation. Education Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
