Job Description Support customers via phone, chat, and email for technical and service-related queries. Troubleshoot basic installation, configuration, and usage issues across devices. Handle renewals, refunds, and general service requests. Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. Share customer feedback with internal teams and stay updated on products and processes.
