International Voice process

We are excited to share an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic international sales team BPO at rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector. We are specifically looking for driven individuals with experience in international sales, preferably within the Australian market or solar energy projects.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about contributing to the green energy space while advancing their career in a target-oriented environment.

About the Role:

Making outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia.

Understanding customer needs and effectively pitching our solar offerings.

Booking qualified appointments for our solar consultants and partner teams.

Managing leads in our CRM system and ensuring consistent follow-ups.

Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handling objections and providing accurate product information.

Reporting on call activity and results to the team lead or manager.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of telesales experience in an international voice process is essential.

Prior experience in Australian market campaigns or solar energy projects is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English.

Comfortable working the early morning shift (4:30 AM 1:30 PM IST) to align with Australian business hours.

Target-driven, with a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team player.
