• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers, providing top-notch customer support.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to the voice process.
  

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree is preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with international voice processes and customer support.
• Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Work Location: Positions are available in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai City, and Bangalore .
• Employment Type: This is a contractual position with opportunities for growth and development.
