Job Description

Role & responsibilities Candidate Should have work experience in International Markets (US/UK/EU) Receive incoming calls from Client Community and provide first level support while following policies and procedures. Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails , and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with standards Escalate problems to appropriate individual/group based on established guidelines and procedures Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve customer concerns. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate/ Diploma 1 to 4 years in a service desk environment. One way cab will be provided. Should have excellent communication skill Notice period - ONLY Immediate joiners preferred Should have min' 1yr of technical voice support experience Only male candidates can apply.
