Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or chat.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO preferred.
