Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales purposes.
Engage with international clients and provide them with product/services information.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure continuous business opportunities.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while meeting the performance and sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any queries or issues professionally.
Update customer information and sales activities in the system accurately.
Stay updated on the latest product/service information to effectively pitch to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience
: At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (sales preferred).
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
Sales Orientation
: Proven track record in sales, customer handling, or related experience.
Adaptability
: Ability to work in night shifts and handle international clients across different time zones.
Tech-Savvy
: Familiar with CRM systems and the use of technology to track and improve sales performance.
Problem-Solving
: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
