Job Description

Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to prospective clients (Data will be provided). Initiate conversations with empathy and patience to understand the mental health concerns of clients. Educate clients about our mental health services and offer suitable solutions. Schedule appointments between clients and psychiatrists/counsellors. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. Achieve a monthly target of closing Minimum 50 appointments.
