Location: Dwarka More Experience: Fresher- 2 years Salary: 18-25k Working Days: 6 Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Gender Preference: Female Candidates **Qualifications And Skills** - Exceptional communication skills to efficiently handle customer queries and provide accurate information. - Proficiency in call management systems to manage, track, and resolve customer issues effectively. - Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence buying decisions. - Customer service skills to maintain professionalism and satisfaction with every interaction. - Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly. - Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and minimize response times. - Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide quick assistance. **Roles And Responsibilities** - Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products or services, ensuring first-call resolution. - Utilize call management systems to log and track customer interactions and transactions. - Actively engage with customers to upsell products or services and achieve sales targets. - Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure, providing high-quality customer service at all times. - Identify customer needs and route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary. - Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or concerns are addressed satisfactorily. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Report service issues, troubleshoot problems, and participate in skills training as required.
