Company : First Source Position : Customer Support & Technical Support for International UK Process Job Description : We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International UK Process as Customer Support and Technical Support agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service. Whether you have prior experience or are a fresher, we encourage you to apply! Immediate joiners are preferred! Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information. Maintain and update customer records as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Required Qualifications : 10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply. Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree will not be eligible to apply. Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English. Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Benefits : Salary will be based on experience. Unlimited incentives will be provided. One-way cab service will be provided. UK shifts. 5 Days working, 2 Days off. Immediate joiners preferred.
