Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Work on an international voice process, processing calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in handling international calls, including UK and US processes.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational shifts (24x7).
