We are looking for smart, confident, and motivated individuals for a blended customer-facing role that involves managing voice-based customer interactions, offering support and guidance, and providing advisory assistance to walk-in or call-in clients. The job requires excellent communication skills in English, a calm and professional attitude, and a natural ability to help customers with queries and decision-making. This is not just a call center job it is a consultative and service-focused role with a strong career path in customer engagement, client servicing, and support operations. Compensation Details: Monthly CTC: 20,000 - 30,000 (based on experience and communication skills) Performance Linked Incentives (PLI): Monthly bonus based on KPIs Retention Bonus: Applicable on 6-month and 12-month completion milestones Overtime/Extra Hours: Paid as per policy (if applicable during peak seasons) Annual Salary Revisions: Based on performance and business growth Role & responsibilities Handle incoming calls and provide accurate, courteous customer service Resolve queries related to services, processes, and general inquiries Guide individuals toward appropriate solutions based on their requirements Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and performance trackers Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and prompt responses Meet basic targets related to call quality, issue resolution, and productivity Participate in team meetings, product trainings, and periodic assessments Work in rotational shifts (Customer support is required 6 days/week) Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off will be provided) Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, inside sales, or counseling roles Graduate (mandatory) from any stream Freshers with exceptional communication and learning attitude may be considered Should have basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/ticketing tools Good interpersonal and soft skills Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet quality benchmarks Why Join Us?
