Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients across global markets.

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via phone calls for international clients
Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team leads and managers for continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Should have at least 6 months of International BPO voice experienece
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
