Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and clarity.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process
, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or processes.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high-quality customer service.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Adapt to different cultural nuances and communicate clearly with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Work in shifts and be flexible to accommodate international time zones.
Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
