About the Role:

Responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via voice, email and chats ensuring efficient resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction , process adherence and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound interactions efficiently across phone , email & chat
Address customer queries and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
Maintain up to date knowledge of products , processes and tools
Ensure data entry and customer interaction records in CRM system
Escalate complex cases to the next level of support following escalation protocols

Selection Criteria:

Minimum 1 yr of experience in BPO / contact support experience
Fluent in English language
Graduate Degree is mandatory
Prior experience in international / domestic inbound process preferred.
Must pass background verification and documentation compliance.
Must have experience letter as per required Experience
Joining Date is Last week of jan 2026
