Job Description

Essential Functions:

Provide high-quality customer service by efficiently resolving client/customer queries related to funding transactions
Handle inbound phone support across various product lines
Initiate necessary actions to address customer service requests such as claims status and inquiries, and communicate updates to the relevant departments
Ensure quality service while managing customer accounts
Collaborate with the funding department team to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned based on client or business needs

Requirements:

College graduate (any field)
Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO/customer service role

Should be comfortable with rotational shifts

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in English speaking, both verbal and written communication
Strong computer navigation and keyboarding skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently within defined timelines

Interested candidates can walk-in for interview

Location: Magarpatta City, Tower 9 (ground floor)

Timing: 12pm to 5pm
