Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Provide high-quality customer service by efficiently resolving client/customer queries related to funding transactions
  • Handle inbound phone support across various product lines
  • Initiate necessary actions to address customer service requests such as claims status and inquiries, and communicate updates to the relevant departments
  • Ensure quality service while managing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the funding department team to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned based on client or business needs

Requirements:

  • College graduate (any field)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO/customer service role

  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English speaking, both verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer navigation and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently within defined timelines
