Job Description

International Voice Technical Support

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound international calls and provide technical support.
Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and service-related issues.
Record and update customer tickets in CRM.
Ensure first-call resolution and follow SOPs.
Meet performance metrics like AHT, FCR, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues when needed and maintain customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Undergraduates with relevant experience are eligible
Good English proficiency written & verbal
5 days Work From Office
2 week-offs
2-way cab facility within a 25 km radius for Male and Female employess.
If not opting for company cab: 4500 transportation allowance (for men)
