Job Description

International Voice Technical Support

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international calls and provide technical support.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and service-related issues.
  • Record and update customer tickets in CRM.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and follow SOPs.
  • Meet performance metrics like AHT, FCR, and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and maintain customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)
    Undergraduates with relevant experience are eligible
  • Good English proficiency written & verbal
  • 5 days Work From Office
  • 2 week-offs
  • 2-way cab facility within a 25 km radius for Male and Female employess.
    If not opting for company cab: 4500 transportation allowance (for men)
