Customer Support Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat for international customers.

  • Resolve customer queries related to products and services with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Provide first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure adherence to process compliance and quality standards.

  • Work in a team-oriented environment to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

  • Fresher or experienced candidates (04 years) can apply.

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
