International Voice Process Agent

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process Company: Sutherland Global Services Location: Kochi Experience Required: 0 – 3 Years Work Mode: Full-time | Night Shifts | 5 Days Working | 2 Days Rotational Off Job Description:We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates in the International Voice Process. The ideal candidates will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a US-based process. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients. Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Maintain high-quality standards while communicating with customers. Handle technical or service-related issues and escalate when necessary. Update CRM systems with call details and case resolutions. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: HSC (12th pass) / Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream). Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office (Chennai location). Preferred Skills:Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior BPO/Voice process experience is a plus (not mandatory).
