Job Title: Tax Analyst – International Voice Process Key Responsibilities: · Handle inbound and outbound international calls to assist customers with tax-relatedqueries, products, and services. · Clearly and professionally explain company offerings to existing and potential customers. · Gather, verify, and update customer information accurately in the system. · Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and providing effective solutions. · Address and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards. · Process product orders and service requests efficiently. · Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and company policies. Eligibility Criteria: · Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply. · Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred but not mandatory). Skills: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities. · Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach. · Willingness to work in an international voice process and night shifts.
