Customer Support Associate – Email & Chat (Non-Voice)

Role Summary: As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for global B2B clients through email and chat support. You’ll solve problems, offer exceptional customer service, and manage sensitive queries with empathy and precision. Key Responsibilities: Handle B2B customer interactions via email and chat. Deliver accurate and timely support while meeting SLAs. Take ownership of each interaction with proactive resolution. Document interactions and maintain precise customer records. Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution. Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Requirements: Good verbal and written English communication skills. Strong customer service mindset with email/chat handling skills. Ability to work independently, empathize with customers, and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of Windows OS. Familiarity with email etiquette and multi-channel support. Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome!).
