The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to UK-based businesses, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the company’s growth. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month (💥 Uncapped for top performers) Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM (first 2 months) Training Period Duration: 15 Days Type: Non-Paid Training Purpose: To provide comprehensive training in communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Successful candidates will be offered a full-time role after training completion. Key Responsibilities Make outbound B2B calls to potential UK clients to introduce and promote company services. Engage with business decision-makers and identify new business opportunities. Qualify leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Uphold company values and professionalism in all communications. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory). Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality. Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Experience in B2B cold calling or international sales (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
