As a voice process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving issues over international calls, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally. Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain call quality and customer service standards. Document customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly performance targets. Requirements:Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2; graduates preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English is a must. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts (depending on process). Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
