Job Description

Job Summary Bandi Informatics Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and patient-focused individuals to join our team as Patient Support Executives. This role involves calling patients, attending incoming calls, assisting with appointment booking, and handling various processes such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P), Failed Prescription (FailedRx), and Transitional Care Management (TCM). Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Excellent spoken English is essential for effective communication with patients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients to provide support, follow up on care plans, or assist with inquiries. Answer incoming calls from patients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Manage processes such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P) reviews, Failed Prescription (FailedRx) follow-ups, and Transitional Care Management (TCM) tasks. Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems or other designated platforms. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient care processes. Stay updated on medical terminology, healthcare processes, and company protocols. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior experience in patient support, customer service, or healthcare call centers is a plus. Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or CRM software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability: Willingness to work in the evening/night shift (6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST). Preferred Skills Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes (e.g., P2P, FailedRx, TCM). Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes effectively.
