About the Role:
Join 24/7.ai’s technical support team to assist store associates across the U.S. with Printer and POS software support. You’ll handle real-time troubleshooting of POS systems, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and store application issues in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide voice, email, and chat support for POS and printer-related issuesTroubleshoot hardware/software issues for printers, tablets, and scannersGuide store staff with step-by-step resolutionsEscalate unresolved issues to higher-level tech supportMaintain documentation via CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Meet SLAs and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BCA, BSc, or equivalent)2–5 years of call center/technical support experienceStrong verbal and written communication (U.S. accent understanding required)Experience with printer support (thermal/receipt printers)Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plusBasic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skillsMultilingual (French/Spanish) is an added advantage
