Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Shift: 10 Hours per Day
Week Off: 1 Day (Saturday or Sunday)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional support.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (Freshers can apply).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a 10-hour shift.
  • Comfortable with a weekly off on either Saturday or Sunday.
