Role & responsibilities

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
  • Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution where necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months in International voice
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, night shift environment

    .
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts

    and rotational offs.
  • Freshers are NOT eligible.
