Job Title: French Specialist | Customer Support Voice

Shift: Night Shifts

Location :- Hyderabad

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. This role involves working in night shifts, with a rotational 5-day work week.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

French language proficiency (minimum B1+ certification required; written & spoken).
Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Willingness to work night shifts.

Experience:-

Freshers with excellent French proficiency are welcome (Salary: 6.5 LPA).
Experienced candidates with prior customer support experience in French will be offered (Salary: 7.5 LPA).
Flexibility to work rotational weekly offs (fixed 5-day working schedule).
