International Tour Manager

Travel Hope is hiring a Manager to lead our International
Travel Agency operations. This role is to oversee the dailyoperations of the international travel division, ensuringseamless travel experiences for clients, driving businessgrowth, and fostering strong relationships with global partners.Our Manager role combines leadership, strategy, and customerservice expertise to coordinate teams, expand market presence,and deliver high-quality travel solutions.Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and guide travel consultants, ticketing staff, andsales executives to ensure effective operations.*Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth booking,ticketing, visa processing, and customer service.*Develop strategies to promote international holidaypackages and air ticketing.*Achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling,and new client acquisition.*Collaborate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travelpartners for competitive deals.*Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensureprofitability.

*Manage vendor payments, contracts, and agency
commissions.Requirements*Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,Business Administration, or a related field.*1+ years of experience in International travel agencyoperations.*Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre,Galileo) and online booking platforms.*Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationshipmanagement skills.*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).*Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, andachieve sales targets.Preferred Qualifications
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism Management,Hospitality, or Business.*Experience in international travel operations withexposure to multiple markets.*Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and travelanalytics.*Multilingual skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
