Key Responsibilities *Supervise and guide travel consultants, ticketing staff, and sales executives to ensure effective operations. *Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth booking, ticketing, visa processing, and customer service. *Develop strategies to promote international holiday packages and air ticketing. *Achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition. *Collaborate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners for competitive deals. *Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. *Manage vendor payments, contracts, and agency commissions. Requirements *Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. *1+ years of experience in International travel agency operations. *Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and online booking platforms. *Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. *Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). *Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
