Key duties include managing customer interactions, updating databases, adhering to scripts, and transferring qualified leads to relevant departments, making them a vital link in sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote offerings or gather feedback. Inbound Handling: Answering calls from customers seeking information or support. Lead Generation/Management: Identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and passing them to sales teams. Customer Interaction: Addressing needs, resolving issues, providing product info, and ensuring satisfaction. Data Management: Accurately recording call details and updating customer information in CRM systems. Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call goals. Essential Skills & Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Customer Focus: Patience, a positive attitude, and ability to handle objections. Technical: Proficiency with call center software and CRM systems. Language: Fluency in relevant languages (English for international, local languages for domestic).
