Description We are seeking an experienced International Technical Voice Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, particularly in voice technologies, and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clients. Responsibilities Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Office 365, Outlook, VPN, Teams and other applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. Maintain documentation of customer interactions and technical issues for future reference. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide effective solutions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-6 years of experience in technical support or a similar role. Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in network troubleshooting and configuration. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
