Job Description

In IPL Biologicals, you will be involved in the agricultural biologicals/bio-inputs space with a focus on microbial solutions such as biofertilizers, biofungicides, bioinsecticides to enhance soil health, increase crop yields, and reduce the dependency on chemical inputs. Additionally, you will work on the development of seed treatments involving beneficial microbes and bio-stimulants, emphasizing sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling transfer pricing, international taxation, tax compliance, and reporting requirements following global tax accounting principles. - Ensuring the accuracy of product costing, Bill of Material, raw material consumption, and conducting cost audits. - Conducting periodic reviews of stock at C&F and plants. - Verifying and authorizing voucher entries in the ERP system. - Managing transfer pricing, international taxation, FEMA, and other statutory compliance related to foreign subsidy. - Analyzing and interpreting tax implications of cross-border transactions. To excel in this role, you are required to have a CA qualification.,
