Role Description

This is a full-time International Senior Sales Manager - Europe Region role at Ami Polymer Pvt. Ltd. based in Delhi, India. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to managing sales operations in the Europe Region, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.


Responsible to enhance the Market share in the region by executing the “Sales & Business Development Process” from Lead generation, Converting to Orders, Shipment and Accounts receivables.

Major Responsibilities


  • Sales: Should be Capable to handle Business in all 4 Major Channels like OEM/Distributor / Associate & End User. To generate Enquiry / Tender (Proprietary / Non- Proprietary) from both Private and Public Sector customers, prepare & submit Techno Commercial Proposals/Quote (Budgetary / Firm), participate in the Techno Commercial Negotiations and close the order in favor of the company. Thereby ensure that the given Target for the Year is achieved both in Order Booking and Sales.
  • Business Development: Identifying New Partners/Prospects/Involve in signing Partnerships accords/Involve fully in Lead Generation from identified OEM Segment (from Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Industrial, Food & Beverages etc)/Initiating Opportunities / NPD (interaction between Customer & Ami Production , R&D Team) / Supplying Samples and winning volume orders.
  • Handling Team of 10 Sales People in India and Globally Managing off-Shore consultants.
  • Ensure that Market share of the Company, both in terms of Sales Value and the Volume of Products sold is sustained and grown further as per the Annual Targets set by the management.

Keeping track of the competitor activities in the region on a periodic basis and inform accordingly. Also coordinate with the Sr. General Manager on the project pursuits happening in the whole country.

Requirements

Academic/Professional Education:

Master’s

Relevant Experience

  •  8 to 12 years in relevant field shall be preferred
  • Candidate should have 15 to 18 years' experience in handling major Accounts in the Region with good Professional Contacts and Connections.
  • Past Experience of consumable pharma or biotech sales would be an edge.


Technical Competencies


  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Experience in ERP environment (SAP, Oracle, QAD)

Excellent Excel skills
