Looking for candidates having experience in International Sales (Sales to African region experience is an additional advantage) 1) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for selling chemicals 2) Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely receipt and dispatch. 3) Identify and approach potential customers. 4) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 5) Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 6) Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. 7) Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues. 8) Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 9) Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 10) Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team. 11) Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 12) Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions.
