Job Description

Windson Organics is looking for International Sales Manager - Private Label to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve international sales targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and other methods. Build and maintain relationships with international customers through regular contact, including face - to - face meetings, phone calls, and emails. Negotiate contracts and pricing with international customers to ensure maximum profitability for the company. Provide ongoing customer support and follow - up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and manage a team of international sales representatives or distributors to achieve sales objectives. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless international sales process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international trade laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
