Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,00,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 5–10 years in International Sales (FMCG preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our export business in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global presence, developing new markets, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective international business strategies
• Identify and establish relationships with new international clients and distributors
• Negotiate, finalize, and manage international sales contracts
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across global markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Education: B.Com or a related field
• Experience: 5–10 years in international sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and business development capabilities
• Proven ability to manage and grow export sales
