International Sales Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across sectors for HR solutions including staffing, EOR, payroll, compliance.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of international clients and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each geography.
• Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Delivery, Finance) to create client proposals and pricing models.
• Ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, leads, proposals, and closures.

Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing roles • Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and manage key accounts.
• Has proven experience in handling international customers as part of the sales process • Preferred to have a Strong understanding of HR services (payroll, staffing, EOR, HR tech, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
