Role & responsibilities Identify new business opportunities across sectors for HR solutions including staffing, EOR, payroll, compliance. Build and manage a strong pipeline of international clients and convert prospects into long-term accounts. Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each geography. Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Delivery, Finance) to create client proposals and pricing models. Ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives. Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, leads, proposals, and closures. Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (MBA preferred). 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing roles • Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and manage key accounts. Has proven experience in handling international customers as part of the sales process • Preferred to have a Strong understanding of HR services (payroll, staffing, EOR, HR tech, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Attributes: Network within HR or business leadership community. Experience in selling to mid-sized and large enterprises. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
