:The “

Business Development Executive

” is supposed to make calls to our International customers who are from different countries like The United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore and many more. As a Business Development Executive, you will get an opportunity to learn and experience the International sales and working environment of different countries.

Role And Responsibilities

• Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
• Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.
• Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
• Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.
• Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
