Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through international calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Convert generated leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling telecom services.
  • Provide excellent customer support to existing clients and resolve their queries promptly.
  • Handle international sales calls, negotiate deals, and close transactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BPO) for seamless execution of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in international sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate fluently over phone calls.
  • Proficiency in generating leads through various channels (international lead generation).
  • Strong understanding of US sales processes and market trends.
