Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through international calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Convert generated leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling telecom services.
Provide excellent customer support to existing clients and resolve their queries promptly.
Handle international sales calls, negotiate deals, and close transactions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (BPO) for seamless execution of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in international sales or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate fluently over phone calls.
Proficiency in generating leads through various channels (international lead generation).
Strong understanding of US sales processes and market trends.
