We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a fast-growing global process.

This role involves handling customer queries, product pitching, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.

Job Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via chat and voice
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Perform upselling and cross-selling
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
• Follow process guidelines and meet KPIs

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates only (any stream)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable with sales activities (upselling, cross-selling, closing)
• International BPO experience preferred, not mandatory
• Minimum 1-year experience required for the higher salary bracket
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
