Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive international sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching target markets and industries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in B2B/ B2C sales, inside sales, or international voice process.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, lead generation, and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
