Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive international sales growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client experiences.
Identify new business opportunities by researching target markets and industries.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in B2B/ B2C sales, inside sales, or international voice process.
Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, lead generation, and client interactions.
Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
