Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven International Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our global presence and drive international revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage overseas markets, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
• Achieve global sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Handle end-to-end international sales cycles, proposals, and negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for global regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, export documentation, and customer support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Business.
• 5–10 years of experience in international sales/export/business development.
• Experience in pharma/manufacturing/FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and global trade practices.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
