Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to international prospects (businesses and consumers).
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demo (if applicable), negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications in CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
  • 03 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement (freshers with strong sales aptitude also welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and night shifts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of international sales processes and cultural nuances.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or services internationally.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B and B2C sales funnels.
