Job Description

Role : Sales Associate / Freight Broker

Location : Mohali

Shift Timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

About the Role:

International Sales, Travel Sales, or US/International Voice Processes

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through cold calling and lead development
Drive client acquisition and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
Manage documentation and resolve operational issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
6 months’ experience
in
US/International Voice Process, International/Travel Sales
, or related outbound sales roles
Background in
Freight Brokerage or US Logistics
is a strong plus
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work
night shifts
(aligned with US time zone)
Familiarity with
US geography
and
logistics terminology
is an advantage
