Job Title: International Sales Associate
Location: Mohali
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced sales professionals to join our US outbound sales team. Candidates must have a background in International Sales or Travel Sales and be comfortable handling US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to US customers
• Generate and qualify leads for logistics/shipping services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate rates and close sales
• Support basic documentation and resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales or Travel Sales (mandatory)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in international voice process (BPO) is an added advantage
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
