US Healthcare Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Source healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, medical staff, etc.)
through various channels such as job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-up
Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets
Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients across time zones

Required Skills:

Should Have at least 1 year experience in US International calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US timings)
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Quick learner with a proactive approach
Basic understanding of MS Office tools

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
