As a Procurement Executive at CLYZO, you will play a crucial role in the B2B Pharma E-commerce Platform by coordinating with the Sales Team to gather import requirements. You will be responsible for verifying specifications and quantities before contacting international suppliers, requesting pricing, availability, and lead times via email, and sharing supplier responses with internal teams for review. Your role will also involve placing purchase orders after internal approval, managing internal documentation, and raising system POs. In this position, you will review order confirmations and incoterms, check all shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, AWB, and COA. Additionally, you will maintain records and update the internal tracking sheet, as well as conduct regular meetings with suppliers to track performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
