Role Description

This is a full-time On-Site/Hybrid role for an International Patient Assistant/Coordinator based in Mumbai. The International Patient Assistant/Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication and coordination with international patients, assisting with their medical appointments, and providing support throughout their medical journey at various hospitals in Mumbai. The role involves recieving the patients at the airport, scheduling appointments, coordinating with various departments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for international patients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in patient coordination and healthcare services
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred
  • A Diploma in hospitality studies is a plus
  • Four wheeler driving licence and experience is a plus
  • Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 from a govt. recognized board
